About As Hurt As I Could Possibly Be -- Valentine's Day
Before I get into the above idea, I would just like to mention Hil's appearance on the special "NBA: Read to Achieve". She was dressed in a Laker's shirt and was wearing torn jeans. She sang her song (lip-synced) "Come Clean" during the last 10 minutes of the hour-long show. This show is also airing on several networks this weekend, but only the last 10 minutes is worth watching. My grade for the show is a C, Hilary gets an A.
Now, the hurt. Valentine's Day is not a day I enjoy celebrating especially since it has been 3 years since my last serious relationship (with Tanya). For those who thought it was little Jenny from a year and half ago, go stand in the corner and think about how she treated me then you will understand. Anyway, I now feel as if my online (girl)friend is either leaving me or has left me. It has been over 2 weeks since the last time we talked online and it was over 2 weeks before that. I checked her profile and it seems that she has removed her name, age, and her online status. To add insult to injury, she changed her status from "Single, Not Looking" to "Long-Term Relationship". I bet that I am not that one! The last time I spoke with her she said she is working now and also has no time being online. However, I have seen her come online and then within a minute or two disappear. She probably makes herself invisible so that it looks like she ain't there. If I am history, I am really hurt, but then again I have been hurt before. But this time it hurts even worse since she has never meant me in person so she doesn't really know me. I am very sad at this time...
Now on a slightly different topic, I have been bombarded over the weekend by "strangers" claiming to be "Hilary" and "Britney". The weirdest conversation was when the "Hilary" stated that someone in her family was marrying someone in Britney's family and that she was online with Britney at that time, but she could divulge any details about anything. I am bothered by these posers to the extent that the go to the extreme of never letting go of their "fake" personas. Its so sad that the joke goes to far and then they disappear by saying ask me anything and when you ask them a question they can't answer, they just leave for good. I wish these posers would leave for good from everyone's life.
I will keep everyone posted in my relationship standings in the coming weeks..I really hope we can get together again very soon!!! Until next time...luv xoxo hil* (the poser)

Hilary's Big Weekend
Ok, Hil had the best weekend any young girl could ever have.
It all started on Friday Feb 6. She was the featured guest on "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest". Ryan is completely obsessed with this girl just like I am. It was obvious with how the interview was going. The one thing bad about Hil was that she was wearing a black sleeveless top that showed just how big her arms really are. And yes, she still looks flabby in the arms. You could tell she blushed when she announced to the world that she had a boyfriend (no..it ain't me..yet) and she even names him. It was no surprise to those of us of "Team Duff", but to the rest of the world it was quite a shock. At the end of the show, she performed "Come Clean" and unfortunately, this performance was obviously lip-synced. Even worse, the end of the performance was cut-off and interupted by a commercial. Still her entire show gets a 10 out of 10 by me. Excellent job again.
On Saturday, Hil performed in Las Vegas at the Mandaley Bay Resort. I have no review except I know I would be excited performing in Las Vegas.
Finally on Sunday, the topper event of a lifetime: being a presenter at the Grammys. Exactly 1hr and 12min into the show, Hil along with Brian McKnight and Paulina Rubio presented the award for "Best Female Pop Performance". It was won by Christina Aguliera who almost gave her own "Janet" performance. Hil looked incredible in a pink strapless dress, but it looked like she was squeezed into it. Nonetheless, the camera focused in on her when the nominations were read and the winner was announced. Apparently, CBS has already taken a strong presence to her. Just like I have. Other than that there were no major hoopla at the Grammys this year especially in the wake of last weeks Super Bowl. Hil's performance 11 on scale of 1 to 10. She said what a special night it was..and yes princess it was a very special night and weekend for you!!
Until next time..luv ya'll xoxo lou*

A Cause for Celebration or Not
Today, February 2nd marks the 15th anniversary of the night I had with my first post-high school relationship. It was quite a night as I was out until 3am with her at the mall of all places. Jodi and I had worked together in the same now-defunct store along with a manager who was a good friend of ours as we sat around as floor cleaners were polishing and waxing the floors. What I learned that night about the girl would shock anyone and yet to this day I still have feelings for her. Ironically, however, she never quite felt the same way for me as she quit the job less than 2 weeks after that night. Its been about 12 years since I last saw her, but in a way I am glad I haven't seen her since.
In Hilary news, not much to report except that "Come Clean" is now #3 on TRL and the song is getting pretty good airplay locally, which is a good sign that this may actually become a hit! Let's all hope for #1 and get out there and vote!! However, I do have small liking to "Toxic" by Britney which debuted the same day as Hil's song.
Speaking of Brit, here is a weird thought: What happens when you put Brit, Avril, and Hil and create a love child out of them? You get new artist Katy Rose. Her first single "Overdrive" sounds like a combo of Avril and Hil and she has a strange likeness to Brit as well. I really don't like this girl because of her similarities to the others, but only time will tell if she succeeds!
Lastly, my girlfriend of online fame has rejoined me after 8 weeks, but then again who's counting.
One final note of late: I wanna briefly comment on the SuperBowl half-time show. Something by all parties involved: CBS, MTV and Justin should be ashamed of themselves for the climax of this show. Whether it was accidental or purposely is unknown, but either way I don't think the world needed another Jackson getting exposed!! If you don't know what I am talking about, just wait till the tabloids start printing the pics, then you will know!!
Until next time, I think Hil is #1 in my life and you are not. Luv ya'll lou xoxo.
